Deap brings over 15 years of experience as an accomplished and impact-driven ESG Compliance & Sustainability Strategist. She has led cross-functional sustainability teams within retail brands and advised global corporates through consultancies, offering well-rounded insights into designing and implementing ambitious ESG strategies that enhance business resilience, reputation, consumer experiences, and long-term value creation. Deap’s current focus is project managing CSRD compliance for Mitsubishi Electric Europe.

Thomas Droth

Thomas Droth
Head of Industry-Solutions Industrial Automation


Thomas, Head of Industry Solutions in the Industrial Automation Division, joined Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. 23 years ago. He brings experience in both strategic and direct sales to local and global customers.
Starting as an Area Sales Manager in exports, he expanded the distribution network for FA products, particularly in the Central and Eastern Europe region. Following a three-year expatriate assignment in the Czech Republic, he developed and executed a business strategy with a multichannel distribution network.
As a Global Account Manager in the EMEA region, he secured strategic key accounts for international projects involving complex energy distribution and automation systems.

In his current role, he leads a team focused on developing and implementing customer-centric key account solutions in targeted markets, such as the metal recycling industry.

Wojciech Bracha

Wojciech Bracha
Strategic Product Manager - AC Drives

Wojciech joined Mitsubishi Electric Europe in 2013 as a member of the marketing communications department. After four years, he moved to product marketing and took responsibility for AC drives and low-voltage switchgear. Since 2024, he has been serving as European Product Manager for AC Drives, contributing to Mitsubishi Electric's sustainability efforts, where electric drives play a significant role.

Privately, he is a father of two sons, aged 2 and 5. He believes that his actions today towards sustainability will have a significant impact on the kind of world his children will inherit.

Maria Wendt

Maria Wendt
Marketing Communication Manager, Scandinavia

Maria has been with Mitsubishi Electric for 11 years. She joined the team when the Scandinavian Branch was just starting out, taking on the administrator role and handling everything from orders and invoices to creating adverts and organising events. As the office grew, so did her role. Today, Maria is responsible for Marketing Communication across the Scandinavian countries.

An interesting fact about Maria is that she leads a highly sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle, as demonstrated in the recent case study, 'From Food Waste to Soil in 24 Hours.'

Piotr Siwek

Digital Marketing Director EMEA, Factory Automation,
Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V.

Piotr has more than 12 years of experience working at Mitsubishi Electric. His adventure with industrial automation began in Nagoya, at the company's largest factory in Japan. Coordinated global technical and marketing support for local sales offices. Gained invaluable knowledge of industrial manufacturing in Japan and around the world.

Moved to Mitsubishi Electric’s Polish branch, and he worked on the development of the industrial automation business in Central Eastern Europe. Finally, joined the EMEA Factory Automation headquarters in Germany, where he remains responsible for the regional product marketing department.
