Jakub Kwiatkowski

Manager for Business Development in Slovenia and Croatia

Jakub joined Mitsubishi Electric in 2010 and has since worked in several key roles. He started as a Sales Specialist focusing on Machine Builders in Poland, where he gained valuable experience working closely with this industry. He then became the Product Manager for Servo and Motion Systems and later led the eF@ctory Solution Development team and the Marketing Team. Jakub has a degree in Automation and Robotics, along with experience in IT and machinery application development. Currently, he is responsible for business development in Slovenia and Croatia.

Daniel Sperlich

Strategic Product Manager Controllers EMEA

With over 8 years at Mitsubishi Electric, Daniel Sperlich brings a wealth of experience to his role as Strategic Product Manager for Controllers in the EMEA region. Holding a Diploma in Mechatronics from THM, Daniel's career has spanned various positions including Automation Specialist and Product Manager for the German region. His 3-year expat assignment in Japan, working in the Servo & Motion development department, adds valuable international perspective to his skill set. In his current role, Daniel focuses on assisting customers with digital transformation and leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

Giovanni Mandelli

Product Solution Manager – Control, SCADA and Visualisation Factory Automation

Giovanni has over 20 years of experience in Machine Builder business. Started in 1999 as a small System Integrator, he developed experience on PLC / Motion programming for machines in the converting market. Moved to a global automation company, he supported Machine Builders in developing various type of applications. He has been working at Mitsubishi Electric since 2007 where he began as Application Engineer supporting mainly motion solutions, then moved to the Marketing department. Today he leads a team managing product line-up for Control, Visualisation and SCADA for Italy and South EMEA area. He has recently taken on responsibility for advanced software solutions, supporting Machine Builders in their digitalisation journey.

Richard Allen

Business Development Lead

Introducing Richard Allen, Mitsubishi Electric’s business development lead within the machine builder and OEM sector. Richard started his career as a technical specialist, transitioning into more commercial roles which focussed on the development of product and industry solutions. More recently Richard is concentrating on business development. With over 38 years’ automation industry experience, including seven years at Mitsubishi Electric, Richard uses his technical and commercial expertise to support and develop solutions for machine builders across the UK.

Piotr Siwek

Digital Marketing Director EMEA, Factory Automation,
Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V.

Piotr has more than 12 years of experience working at Mitsubishi Electric. His adventure with industrial automation began in Nagoya, at the company's largest factory in Japan. Coordinated global technical and marketing support for local sales offices. Gained invaluable knowledge of industrial manufacturing in Japan and around the world.

Moved to Mitsubishi Electric’s Polish branch, and he worked on the development of the industrial automation business in Central Eastern Europe. Finally, joined the EMEA Factory Automation headquarters in Germany, where he remains responsible for the regional product marketing department.
